Pushing open the wooden door of "Sakura," the wind chimes gently ring, and the warm yellow light welcomes me with the aroma of curry. This is my most anticipated healing moment every week. The owner smiles as he serves the signature curry omelette rice—the golden egg skin covers the rice like a little blanket, drizzled with thick curry sauce. When the sea urchin and fish roe rice arrives, we can’t help but exclaim, "Wow!" ✨ The orange sea urchin spreads out like flower petals, and the glistening fish roe sparkles. Scooping a spoonful into the mouth, the creaminess of the sea urchin and the bursting sensation of the fish roe dance on the tongue, instantly filling the senses with the taste of the sea 🌊 If you choose the noodle version, the chewy noodles coated in umami offer another delightful experience. The star of the show, the thick-cut grilled beef tongue, is cooked to perfection 🔥 Slightly charred on the surface, tender and juicy inside, simple salt-grilling brings out its original sweetness—every bite is full of happiness.
