Como | I'd Call This the Best View Restaurant in Como 🍴

I had originally planned to visit Villa d'Este for afternoon tea☕️, but since I couldn't get a reservation and even a walk-in wasn't possible, I was denied entry by the estate's security before I could even see the restaurant door 🤦‍♂️ (No reservation, no entry to the estate). Okay... So the driver took us to a nearby village called Cernobbio. The village has a long lakeside park with beautiful views of the lake and plenty of restaurants to choose from. 🌊 We randomly walked into a restaurant called Lido di Cernobbio, which has floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Not only did we avoid the chilly breeze outside, but we also got to enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Como!! 😍 While we were trying to figure out the different types of pasta on the menu, the waitress suddenly started speaking Chinese?! She began introducing the dishes to us in Chinese, which was quite a surprise 😳. 🍅 The tomato pasta and the tomato and buffalo mozzarella pizza were amazing—I'm a huge fan of tomatoes! The tomato sauce on both dishes tasted exactly the same, and I loved the buffalo mozzarella on the pizza. It was creamy and had a great chewy texture! 🍕 🍄‍🟫 The ham and mushrooms dish had salty ham but delicious mushrooms 😋, and there was some mushroom sauce drizzled on top as well. 📍 Lido di Cernobbio, Piazza Risorgimento, 5, 22012 Cernobbio CO #HiddenGemRestaurant #ItalianCuisine #AmbianceDining #NatureRestaurant #ComoDelights #GlassHouseRestaurant #Italy #LakeComo #LakeComoTravel #LakeComoRestaurant #LakeComoHiddenGem
