Recently discovered Eat’s Sushi in Costa Mesa — focuses on high-quality Japanese food at super friendly prices 💰 Nice atmosphere too, with an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs at work. For starters, I followed online recommendations and ordered: 🍣 Salmon Blue Crab — packed with crab meat and their special sauce, which cuts through the richness of the salmon — so refreshing! 🦀 Fried Soft Shell Crab — perfectly golden and crispy, tender inside with zero fishiness — gets more addictive with each bite! Sushi options are plentiful, with most pieces priced in the single digits 💥 Must-tries: 🦐 Sweet Shrimp — soft, sweet, and super satisfying. Plus, they give you the fried shrimp head with roe inside — so aromatic! 🌊 Uni Sushi — generous layers of fresh, sweet sea urchin — the owner really doesn’t skimp!
