Court Avenue is a great area to hang out

🧡 It’s lined with popular restaurants and bars, and hosts a lively farmers market on Saturday mornings offering a variety of fresh local produce and handmade goods. 🍺 Parking is relatively convenient, making it a nice spot to spend a relaxing half-day in the city. ✨We visited last time for the Des Moines Marathon and gathered here after the race—the atmosphere was really enjoyable. 🌼Compared to other parts of downtown, Court Avenue stands out with its vibrant energy. 🌷Much of downtown is dominated by office buildings with limited street-level retail, which often leaves the area feeling quiet outside business hours. 🎨Court Avenue, on the other hand, is completely different. Its streets are filled with diverse eateries, bars, and small shops, making it especially suited for evening drinks or hanging out with friends. ✏️That said, it’s worth noting that this kind of entertainment district can be found in many cities across the U.S.—it’s a comfortable and familiar space, though not particularly unique. #DesMoines #FarmersMarket #GatheringSpot
