From the owner to the chefs, everyone takes great pride in their food—a passion that shines through in every dish. 🍞Even before stepping inside, the smoky aroma in the air tells you everything: the meats here are slow-cooked at low temperatures, with no shortcuts taken. 🍪We started with the smoked shrimp—freshly smoked that day and served with smoked Gouda. While different from the classic New Orleans style, the shrimp were flavorful and delicious. 🥨The accompanying grits were even more impressive—creamy, rich, and unexpectedly delightful. 🥐The dry-rubbed ribs seemed a bit dry at first, but when paired with the house-made barbecue sauce, they revealed a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and smoky flavors. 🍺The true star, however, was the brisket: smoked for 24 hours, tender and juicy, melting in your mouth with a deeply penetrating smoky taste.
