📍 Palo 🥗 Summer Salads: A refreshing seasonal salad with fresh mozzarella at the base — light and satisfying. 🌽 Corn Ribs: Crispy grilled corn with a juicy burst of flavor — so addictive! Chorizo: Spicy Spanish sausage paired with a sweet and tangy sauce. 🥦 Grilled Broccolini “Caesar”: Broccolini topped with Caesar dressing and breadcrumbs — great texture! 🦑 Grilled Calamari:Perfectly tender with a tangy-spicy kick — reminiscent of Chinese chopped pepper fish head flavors. 🍄 Mushrooms with Sherry: Creamy and rich sherry-infused mushrooms. Mushroom Shawarma: Roasted mushrooms served with pita bread — I personally preferred this one! 🐮 Oxtail: Braised ox tail, super tender but slightly under-seasoned in my opinion. Still worth a try for first-timers. 🐑 Lollipop Lamb Chops: Not recommended — small portions and a strong gamey taste.
