We snagged a reservation a week ahead and still ended up with a 9 PM slot, which meant our foodie adventure didn't wrap up until midnight. But trust me, it was worth every minute! How amazing is this place? Just the two of us, two food-loving gals, managed to polish off one appetizer and five main courses. Our appetites were on fire that night! And the cherry on top? It was on the salty side, and in Montreal, this one definitely hit the "super salty" mark, which isn't my jam. 🌟 Foie Gras Poutine OMG! This poutine is pure bliss! The foie gras was melt-in-your-mouth tender and absolutely divine! 🌟 Foie Gras Sashimi This dish was a delightful surprise! I was expecting something fishy, but nope! Paired with rice, the texture and flavor were on another level, haha. 🌟 Foie Gras with Plum Sauce and Plogue à Champlain These dishes leaned towards the sweeter side. The foie gras was scrumptious, but the sides could be a bit much if you overindulge. 🌟 Canned Duck Breast with Foie Gras Their signature dish!
