Craving Warm Pho on a Chilly Seattle Day
Recently, as the weather in Seattle has turned cooler, I’ve been craving a warm bowl of pho. So I decided to visit this Vietnamese restaurant located in 📍Renton 🇻🇳. Short Ribs Pho 🍜 A classic Vietnamese beef noodle soup. The short ribs are braised until tender and falling off the bone, and the broth is rich and flavorful. It’s especially comforting on a rainy day and a great choice for meat lovers 🥩. Viet’s Phoody Pan Bread 🥖 Highly recommend this chef’s special 👍🏻. The beef tenderloin is cut into just-right-sized pieces, tender and well-seasoned, served with meat sauce, sausage, and eggs. The baguette is toasted—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Whether used to sandwich the meat and eggs or dipped in the sauce, it’s absolutely delicious 😋. The spring roll appetizer was fairly ordinary, but the fried squid was quite tasty. The restaurant is currently offering discounts 💰—we ordered four dishes for less than $50, which is pretty good value 👌🏻. 📌 Tip: The restaurant is cozy and tends to fill up quickly during dinner hours, so it’s best to avoid peak times or be prepared to wait. The service is warm and attentive, making it a nice spot for a casual meal with friends or family. If driving, street parking nearby is generally available, though arriving a bit earlier on weekends is recommended. #Seattle#Seattleguide#Seattlefood#Seattlelife#SeattleRestaurant#fooddiary
