Highly recommended 📢📢📢, a century-old restaurant in Venice where the Pope has personally met the chef, it's definitely the greatest reward for yourself after a long day of walking. Walking into the restaurant 🪟, the lighting creates a warm hue, like walking into a home. The walls are adorned with photos of various dignitaries, and it's said there are photos with the Pope, but since the restaurant was quite busy, I didn't feel like searching for them. Perhaps it's the chef's intention, but the order of the dishes is impeccable. Starting with the light ink squid pasta, then the rich seafood pasta, and finally the explosively flavorful 💥 lobster risotto. 🦞 The stimulation on the taste buds progresses layer by layer, it's simply indescribable. Ending with a seemingly plain small seafood soup that also condenses the taste of the sea, leaving you wanting more. Fried seafood platter: includes small squid, shrimp 🦐, and small fish 🐟, as an appetizer, slightly oily. Ink squid pasta: a specialty of Venice, with a savory taste, your mouth will be black after eating, definitely a must to take a photo to remember, and praise the squid inside, it's really tender yet chewy. Seafood pasta: filled with the breath of the sea, the sauce is delicious, made with many small shellfish meat concentrated and simmered, you just can't stop eating. Lobster 🦞 risotto: the absolute highlight of this dinner, the price is also kingly, but one portion is enough for two people, which is okay. Another specialty of Venice, the rice cooked with lobster broth, so fresh that you can't stop eating a single bite, and the rice is not too undercooked, not the kind that's hard to accept, absolutely irresistible, you only know when you've tasted it. Seafood soup: tomato soup as the base, with various seafood, sprinkled with basil, and not too salty, you'll lick the plate clean. However, the presentation was a bit ugly, so I rearranged it, and instantly it had the feel of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
