Daily Limited 200 Bowls of Japanese Ramen

🍜Tonkotsu Ramen - $13.99 Classic Japanese toppings: chashu pork, soft-boiled egg, nori, pickled bamboo shoots, and bean sprouts! The broth is incredibly flavorful. Upon asking, I learned that the broth is made by simmering pork bones, pig's trotters, and chicken feet for eight hours, giving it a rich and thick consistency. It's packed with collagen! I usually avoid monosodium glutamate (MSG) and am quite sensitive to it, but this bowl has none, and I fell in love with it from the first sip! 🍜Black Garlic Oil Chashu Ramen - $14.99 My friend ordered this one, and I took a sip of the broth. The aroma of fried garlic is incredibly strong. If you're a fan of garlic, this is a must-try! The staff mentioned that the fried garlic is made by hand, ground bit by bit, and you can really taste the effort put into the ingredients! 🍜Matcha Almond Tofu This is a truly delightful dessert. The top layer is tofu, and the bottom layer is a whiter, jelly-like substance. The almond flavor is very strong, with a subtle sweetness. The matcha sauce on top balances the sweetness perfectly. I absolutely loved it. If I weren't full from the meal, I could easily have eaten three or five bowls by myself. 🍜Octopus Balls Six pieces! The dish is served with a base of wasabi mayo sauce, which elevates it beyond ordinary octopus balls. I even dipped the balls in the sauce a few more times after biting into them. They're delicious! #TorontoLife #TorontoDining #JapaneseRamen #TorontoHiddenGems #Ramen
