Dallas, Texas | The Instagrammable Chapel at Thanksgiving Square ⛕️
Another must-visit spot in downtown Dallas! This chapel is perfect for taking beautiful photos and is definitely worth a visit. 😍 From the outside, the chapel looks like a spiral-shaped building, which is quite different from traditional churches with their cross-topped steeples. It’s a circular structure that twists upward, set against the backdrop of Dallas’s downtown skyscrapers. Haha, it’s a perfect blend of urban aesthetics! 😂 The real wow moment comes when you step inside. Looking up, you’ll be truly amazed! The entire dome is made of spiral-shaped stained glass windows, called the "Glory Window." The colors transition from warm to cool, from reds and oranges to blues and purples, like a rainbow swirling upward. It’s incredibly beautiful! 😮 🧘♀️ The chapel is small but perfect for sitting quietly for a while and feeling a sense of peace. It makes you feel like life can slow down a bit. I recommend visiting during the day, especially when the sun is shining. The colorful glass casts beautiful light patterns on the floor, making it perfect for photos. And the best part? The chapel is free to enter, open during daytime hours, and you can come and go as you please! 📸 For photos, you can use a wide-angle lens or shoot from a low angle looking up. The spiral design looks amazing from this perspective and is super photogenic! 😍 If you’re visiting Dallas, don’t forget to check out this chapel at Thanksgiving Square! It’s truly a little sanctuary where light and tranquility meet. 😊 #Texas #LifeInTexas #Dallas #DallasTravel #DallasAttractions
