Together with basil pesto, it’s a mouthful of pure bliss, with golden hot oil dripping down like amber. 🌟 PARMIGIANA DI MELANZANE Eggplant baked in a savory, rich, and delicious tomato and cheese sauce. It’s incredibly flavorful, with tomatoes that have none of the unpleasant tartness you might expect. Instead, they’re sweet like malt sugar, but not overly so. The addition of fried garlic chips makes every bite subtly perfect. The tomato cream sauce is so good that you could probably use it to dress your shoelaces or even your belt, and it would still taste amazing. 🌟 GAMBERI IN SALSA ROSA Shrimp soaked in a cream sauce made purely from tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
