Dallas' 10-Year Coffee Roaster: Coffee Del Rey

This place has been around for over 10 years and offers very simple coffee drinks. There’s hardly any seating or space to relax. They also supply beans to other local coffee shops in Dallas. ❤️Coffee del Rey ❤️1915 Central Expy #340, Plano, TX 75075 ❗️The storefront is really small and a bit rustic. There are already many unroasted coffee beans piled up outside the door, waiting to be brought in. Their beans are typically packaged in 1lb bags, but if you need smaller portions, they can split it into 1/2lb bags. The price is around $14–$16 per pound, which is almost double what you’d pay in a supermarket. However, the roasting date is always within the last two weeks. The packaging also indicates the origin, whether it’s washed or pulped, and the altitude at which it was grown. They even note the natural flavors of the coffee. For example, I like nutty, chocolatey, and full-bodied flavors. Their coffee drinks are very simple: espresso, latte, drip, hand pour, etc., without any fancy flavorings. It’s all about tasting the beans themselves.🌟 I told the barista about my preferred and disliked flavors, and he chose their Del Rey espresso blend to make a latte. 😍Wow! This coffee is genuinely delicious! It’s so charming! The texture is very smooth, with a hint of sweetness and nutty flavor, but without the cinnamon-like richness. There’s almost no acidity, and the coffee’s bitterness is quite mild. It has a rich, chocolatey aroma. #DallasExploration #DeliciousCoffeeBeans #NorthAmericanCoffeeShop #Weekend
