Dallas | A Salmon That Will Stay in Your Memory Forever 🍣
❤️I’ve discovered an amazing Japanese restaurant in Dallas. The ingredients are super fresh, and the flavors are all really great. I highly recommend it! 🌈Appetizers: The complimentary Shishito Peppers and the ordered Rock Shrimp were both excellent. The Shishito Peppers were not spicy at all, and the Rock Shrimp was quite sweet. The slight spiciness balanced the sweetness perfectly. ❤️Entree: 🌈The Kabocha Scallops were delicious. The flavors were great, and while they could have been a bit fresher, they were still enjoyable. The accompanying Brussels sprouts were not bitter at all. Specialty Roll: The Miami Roll was unique—it didn’t have any rice, making it a low-carb, Miami-style dish. It felt more like sashimi to me. It was very refreshing and perfect for those on a diet. ❤️Sushi or Sashimi: 🌈You can choose between sushi or sashimi here. I went with sushi. The Sea Urchin, Snow Crab Leg, Toro Bluefin Tuna, and Japanese Yellowtail were all incredibly fresh and delicious. I especially recommend the Scottish Salmon Nigiri. It was outstanding! The salmon is sourced from a cold island, which gives it a higher fat content, making it melt in your mouth. My sister, who usually doesn’t like raw fish, loved it! The only dish I found average was the Fresh Water Eel; it just didn’t have any distinctive flavor. 📍 Musume 2330 Flora St Unit 100 Dallas, TX 75201 #RestaurantRecommendation #Foodie #JapaneseCuisine #JapaneseFoodExploration #Dallas #DallasFood #DallasDining #DallasJapaneseFood
