🩷While McKinney, located north of Dallas, might be considered a "food desert" for Chinese cuisine, it certainly doesn't lack delicious brunch spots! Initially drawn in by their soufflé pancakes, I discovered that their other dishes are equally impressive. Check out the photos for details~ ✨The service here offers a fresh twist – everything from ordering to payment can be done via smartphone. It's exciting to see this level of automation, common in China, adapting smoothly to the U.S. dining scene. Just note that an 8% service fee is already included in the bill. 🥰That said, I've encountered issues during both of my visits. Once, the server missed one of our orders, and another time, the mobile ordering failed, forcing us to order at the counter. It seems the system is still experiencing some growing pains. ✔️On a fun note, I ordered the matcha soufflé pancake both times, but noticed slight variations in presentation.
