📌Ever since I had that cheese wheel pasta, I've been craving it non-stop. I found out that there's an Italian restaurant in Allen that serves it, so of course, I had to give it a try. 🪭It's a small place, so I recommend making a reservation. The food is truly excellent. I ordered carpaccio; the thinly sliced beef with its tangy sauce was very refreshing. I also had rotolini, which came with slightly bitter arugula and ricotta cheese. 🎨The pizza is handmade; you can watch them toss the dough and then bake it in the wood-fired oven. I went for the classic margherita pizza, which had a deliciously baked crust. 🍾I also tried the prosciutto pizza. While I personally prefer the margherita, my friend, who loves meat, enjoyed this one. The squid ink pasta was flavorful but spicy—definitely not for those who can't handle heat. I also ordered cacio e pepe, where they mix the pasta with the cheese wheel right at your table. The cheese flavor is intense and aromatic, but it can get a bit overwhelming if you eat too much. Overall, it's a really nice Italian restaurant. The ambiance is great, and they have live music. The only downside is that it's a bit small, so reservations are a must. #Dallas #DallasLife #DallasEats #DallasSurroundings #DallasCuisine
