It's been a while since I last had Pho, and today I just couldn't suppress my cravings. I drove a special 30 minutes to Pho Bang. I've tried Pho from all over the DFW area, visiting every place recommended online, but in the end, I still think this one is the best. Maybe it's because when I eat Pho, I simply enjoy the clear broth without any additions. I don't add hoisin sauce ❌️, no chili sauce ❌️, and not even onions, scallions, or Thai basil leaves ❌️. I just add a little squeeze of fresh lime 🍋, so I'm very particular about the taste of the broth. I think their broth is more delicious than others' 😋. 🥟Every time I come here, I order Meatballs Pho. Their beef meatballs are really good, and they're not stingy with the portions. I've been to places where you get only one tiny meatball cut into four pieces. But here, the meatballs are flavorful and superior to most others. The only downside is the rising prices. I understand the situation, but it's noticeable. What used to be $7 a bowl is now $10. This place is often packed, and sometimes you have to wait for a table.
