Dallas | Have You Tried This Highly-Rated Pho?
👏As the saying goes, "Listen to advice and you'll have a full stomach"—haha! I took the recommendation from a local blogger and checked out this Vietnamese Pho place in Richardson. It was indeed delicious! Even someone like me, who usually feels "meh" about Pho, thought it was really good. I ordered two types of Pho, both recommended by the staff: 🍑PHỞ BÒ: Their signature BEEF NOODLE SOUP. I got the combination version. The broth was incredibly fragrant but not artificial at all—it tasted like it was simmered for hours. The soup was flavorful and refreshing. This picture shows the medium portion, which was very generous. There was a variety of beef cuts, all very fresh. My favorite was their beef meatballs. If I were to choose only one type of meat next time, I'd go for the meatballs. They burst with juice when you bite into them, and the meat flavor is so rich! Also, make sure to add the bean sprouts and basil that come with it to the soup—it adds a great crunch and freshness. I finished every last drop of the broth! 😹BÒ KHO: Another star dish here—BEEF STEW SOUP. This one is also highly recommended! It features a tomato-based beef broth with a huge amount of beef brisket. The portion is so large that I almost felt like they might be losing money! The broth has a tomato and beef flavor, similar to beef stew, but I personally think it's not as good as the Phở Bò broth. So, if you love the broth, go for the first one. But if you prefer the tomato and beef brisket flavor, this one is for you. Both are great choices! In short, if you like Pho and haven't been here yet, you definitely need to try it. You won't regret it! Plus, two bowls of Pho cost just a little over $20—such a great deal! #Dallas #DallasFood #VietnamesePho #PhoInDallas #VietnameseBeefNoodleSoup
