Dallas | KOOKSOO Korean Restaurant Surprise ❤️

📍 Address: 1621 W Hebron Pkwy Apt 120, Carrollton, TX 75010 Recently, I’ve seen so many people checking in at this Korean restaurant called KOOKSOO, which is famous for its "rich and fragrant meat broth + all-you-can-eat without tipping💰." Just for these keywords, I immediately made plans to visit. When you enter, there are self-service ordering machines👉. You select your dishes, place the order, get a number, the kitchen prepares it, and then you pick up your food, get your own utensils, and return your dishes to the rack after eating. The entire process is super convenient❗️ Recommended Dishes ✨ 👉🏻 This time, I went for their signature dish, the King Ribs Jjamppong , but it was a bit of a letdown😭. I was expecting the ribs to be tender and falling off the bone, but instead, it was — really tough to chew❗️ I spent ages gnawing on it and couldn’t get it off the bone... I almost wondered if there was something wrong with my teeth😩 Maybe I just got an unlucky piece that was a bit dry? (Trying to console myself), but the noodles and broth were really good😋. The seafood broth is rich, fragrant, and moderately spicy, making it super satisfying to drink. The noodles are chewy and not mushy, so overall, it’s still of a certain standard. 👉🏻 Another dish, their Beef Koosoo . was surprisingly delightful❗️ The beef is tender and flavorful, and the broth is smooth and not greasy. It’s the kind of deliciousness that makes you want to keep drinking it non-stop. #DallasEats #KoreanCuisine #Dallas #DallasLife #DallasFoodie
