Dallas | Mot Hai Ba: A Michelin-Recommended Atmosphere Restaurant
📍Mot Hai Ba: 6047 Lewis St, Dallas, TX 75206 🌟This restaurant offers a fusion of Vietnamese and French cuisine. It’s a small place, but it was packed when we visited. My friend had booked a table about one to two weeks in advance for an 8:00 PM reservation on a Saturday night. 😆Both my friend and I really loved the atmosphere of this bistro. The entire restaurant is uniquely decorated, with vintage gold frames around the paintings and mirrors, and old-fashioned desk lamps hanging from the ceiling. There’s also a small outdoor patio. The dim lighting adds a very romantic ambiance. 👍Their dishes are all creative Asian fusion offerings. For appetizers, we ordered two items: Grilled Duck Heart, served with chicken broth congee. The rice was slightly firm, and my friend thought it had a bit of a gamey taste, but I thought it was quite good. The Ginger Lemongrass Grilled Octopus had a chewy texture that wasn’t too tough, and the lemongrass and fish sauce added a really fresh flavor. 💕We also ordered two salads: Pear Grilled Lettuce Salad and Crab & Texas Grapefruit Salad. Both were quite impressive, especially in terms of the unique preparation of the ingredients. For the main course, we had Oxtail Ragout. When it arrived, we were a bit surprised to see a layer of carrots on top, but the dish tasted great. The carrots were pickled, which complemented the stewed beef very well. #Dallas #DallasFood #Michelin #MichelinRestaurant
