In my book, this is the pinnacle of American fried chicken in Dallas—truly the best! 🔪Their fried chicken is always freshly fried. It’s not the kind with a scaly crust; instead, it has a crunchy, granular coating that shatters with each bite. The meat inside is incredibly juicy and tender, never dry. 🐔I usually order the leg and thigh combo or the 3-piece dark meat, and I always go for the spicy version! I’ve heard their fried chicken sandwich is also excellent. For sides, I love the green beans (garlic-infused), and of course, the fries—long live the fries! The mashed potatoes are decent too. I also always add a jalapeño. One bite of fried chicken followed by a bite of jalapeño is pure bliss! As for the biscuits, I’m not a big fan, but some people think they’re pretty good. 💪This is a local fried chicken joint with two locations in Dallas: one in North Dallas and the other in Uptown.
