We chose uni (sea urchin) for $12, which was reasonably priced. The meal ended with a scoop of ice cream. For drinks, the basic sake pairing is $95, and the premium pairing is $195. There are also options for champagne or other beverages. There is one head chef, two assistants, one waitress, and one dedicated waiter for drinks. The staffing is sufficient, so you won't encounter any situations where the staff are too busy to attend to you. 🍰Dining Experience: The ambiance is excellent, with a strong sense of ceremony! The restaurant will send a message in advance to inquire about any allergies. They recommend arriving 20 minutes early for a complimentary cocktail, which they will refill upon request. During this time, you can choose to add special ingredients to your menu for the day, such as foie gras, truffles, and caviar. The foie gras is powdered and melts in your mouth, while the caviar is piled on top of the sushi. 🍲Throughout the meal, the staff will engage you in conversation, making for a very enjoyable dining experience. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are quite innovative. The only dish I didn't like had a strong pickle flavor that overpowered the fish. Everything else was delicious. The service fee is included in the final bill, but you can add extra tips if you wish.
