Dallas | The Best Wellington Steak in the Great State of Texas⁉️

🏠When I was in Dallas for the NBA Finals, I visited a restaurant that turned out to be a delightful surprise—Dakota’s Steakhouse. Everything about the experience was impeccable: the dining atmosphere, the service, and the dishes. There wasn’t a single flaw. 🥩Knowing that they’re famous for their Wellington steak, I decided to give it a try. It was incredibly impressive—crispy pastry on the outside and tender meat on the inside. It’s clear that they’ve mastered the art of making this dish. I haven’t had such a well-executed puff pastry in a long time. 💗The other dishes were equally fantastic. Both the Potato Tater Tots and the Pork Belly were so good that they instantly outshined similar dishes from many top New York restaurants. The most stunning of all was the dessert, the Pineapple Upside-Down Cake. The rum-soaked cake, paired with grilled pineapple and coconut ice cream, was heavenly.
