I stumbled upon this pizza spot by chance—tucked away in a plaza in Addison, specializing in "Pie"-style Italian pizza. How have I been here so many times and never noticed it before? 😲 I decided to give it a try on a whim, and wow, the first bite completely blew me away! Their PROSCIUTTO and SALAMI pizzas are absolutely incredible! 🍕 The style here is ultra-thin crust—crispy, fragrant, with slightly charred edges, and not greasy at all. The balance of cheese and meat is just perfect. You can easily finish a whole pizza without feeling heavy! 🍖 PROSCIUTTO: An Italian ham pizza, standout for its dates and date sauce, along with pistachios, arugula, dry cheese, and Parmigiano. It’s slightly sweet and super fragrant. Don’t worry—the cheese flavor is very mild. Highly recommended! 🌶️ SALAMI: Calabrian salami, fennel sausage, and Italian spicy sausage, plus bacon, Calabrian chili oil, organic tomato sauce, and fresh mozzarella. This one is my absolute favorite! As a Sichuanese, I just can’t resist a spicy pizza 😂. The flavors are bold and well-balanced—so good! 🍖 SAUSAGE: House-made fennel sausage, caramelized onions, and smoked mozzarella. This one was a bit plain in comparison—nowhere near as exciting as the Salami pizza. 🧄 GARLIC ROSEMARY BREAD PUFFS: These pillowy, garlic-and-rosemary bread puffs are a must-try! Made with their house-made sourdough, they’re incredibly fragrant and come with a dip. The aroma of garlic and rosemary is just irresistible~ Definitely give these a try! Overall, the flavor experience here is fantastic~ And guess what? Their Happy Hour is Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM, with half-off on many drinks and pizzas~ Don’t miss out!
