Dallas | Top - Rated Pizza 🍕 at Partenope Ristorante
Neapolitan pizza 🍕 originates from Naples, Italy, the same Naples featured in the TV series "My Brilliant Friend." The pizzas at Partenope Ristorante are highly recommended. Unlike American - style pizzas, these aren’t thin and crispy. Instead, they have a bit of thickness, with a puffy crust and a thin center. They’re chewy, fragrant, and somewhat similar to naan 🫓—quite unique! The pizzas are freshly made here, and they even have a traditional pizza oven. The toppings are delicious, slightly spicy, and full - flavored. We ordered the GLADIATOR. 🍕 Montanara (marked as Pizza Olympics Gold Medal Winner on the menu) lives up to its reputation. The crispy pizza base is topped with plenty of melty cheese. 🍝 Spaghetti Alla Carbonara: Since we were at an Italian restaurant, we had to try the classic Carbonara. The seasoning was just right, but the authentic guanciale (pork jowl) used made it a bit rich after a few bites. *Spicy version with smoked mozzarella, tomato sauce, pancetta, sautéed peppers & onions, Calabrian chili, and basil. I wouldn’t recommend the pasta, but the tiramisu was delicious.
