Dallas :Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar

🌟My number one Japanese restaurant in DFW is so good that I'm willing to risk the longer wait times in the future. I highly recommend Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar as the best Japanese restaurant in DFW. It outshines other similar restaurants in terms of taste, appearance, and value for money. 🧀Despite being called Handroll Bar, the restaurant offers more than just hand rolls. They have a variety of sushi and sashimi. In addition to the hand rolls on the menu, there's a mysterious blackboard called "Today's Special" in the restaurant. Every morning, the restaurant posts on their story what kind of fish they have for the day. One of the reasons I love this place so much is the wide variety of fresh fish they offer, which is hard to find in other Japanese restaurants in Dallas. 🌽The dining experience is similar to Omakase. There are only counter seats surrounding the chefs, allowing you to watch the entire process from slicing the fish to placing it on the board. Another reason I love this place is that their rice is always warm, with just the right temperature and sweetness, perfectly complementing the fish slices. ⭐️The only downside is that they don't take reservations. On Saturday afternoons, the restaurant opens at 5 p.m. We arrived at 4:50 p.m. and were only able to get a spot in the second round. We left our phone number, and the restaurant called us about an hour later. The waiting area inside the restaurant is quite small. There's a Happy Lemon just a few minutes' walk away, where you can wait and enjoy some bubble tea while you wait. Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar 📍907 Foch St, Fort Worth, TX 76107 🅿️ There is street parking (Feb 2024 update💕 Street parking is $3/hr, but❗️Hatsuyuki offers free parking. There is a notice at the entrance of the restaurant explaining how to override the parking fee). #DallasLife #Dallas #DallasFoodie #DallasCuisine #DallasJapaneseFood #DFW
