Dallas 🥢 Bubble Tea Shop Hides Delicious Squirrel Fish!

🥟As a fervent squirrel fish aficionado, upon spotting the shop's post this week, I promptly made my way there today. Upon arrival, I inquired and was informed that the availability of squirrel fish had to be confirmed with the kitchen. I momentarily held my breath, but fortunately, I was able to enjoy it today! It seems like a good idea to call ahead next time to ensure its availability. We ordered two dishes: squirrel fish and walnut shrimp with fruit. The shop also served us a very appetizing beef salad! 🤤The squirrel fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The fresh fish, paired with a sweet and sour sauce, was very appetizing. I almost finished the tail. The only thing to be mindful of is the bones. 🥢The walnut shrimp with fruit was also delicious! The shrimp were large and accompanied by sliced apples, which added a refreshing and palate-cleansing touch. Overall, the flavors were just right. Compared to some of the oilier and saltier Chinese dishes I've had, these were relatively light yet still very tasty. 📍The private kitchen is located at #1301 Custer Rd Suite 200 Unit 100, Plano, TX 75075, inside the Vivi Bubble Tea shop in Plano. Although it appears to be an ordinary bubble tea shop on the surface, the menu conceals many hearty dishes.
