Dallas Carbone 🇮🇹 | Italian Cuisine 🍝
Dallas Carbone 🇮🇹 | Italian Cuisine 🍝 I’ve heard that the New York location of Carbone is super popular and hard to get a reservation at, with many celebrities frequenting the place. I was surprised to find out that the Dallas branch can still accommodate walk-ins in the morning for dinner reservations... so I had to give it a try and see if this legendary “mafia-owned” Italian restaurant lives up to its hype. 💗I ordered one appetizer, one main course, one protein, one side, and one dessert—everything was delicious and there were no disappointments! Plus, each portion was perfect for sharing and very reasonably priced. • Complimentary Appetizers: Bread, salami, and roasted cauliflower. The roasted cauliflower deserves a special mention—it has a unique, tangy flavor that’s quite refreshing and appetizing. • Carpaccio Piemontese: Raw beef. This appetizer is truly aromatic and flavorful, topped with nuts, mushrooms, and my favorite arugula. It does get a bit heavy after a while, so I recommend eating it with bread. 🥩• Spicy Rigatoni Vodka: Their signature dish that every table orders! It’s truly impressive and unlike anything I’ve had at other restaurants. The spicy sauce has a creamy texture that’s not greasy at all, and the pasta is perfectly al dente. 🎄• Meatball: Very flavorful and substantial. Each meatball is large and handmade, which makes a huge difference compared to the frozen variety. While it’s tasty, it’s not particularly mind-blowing—just a classic tomato-flavored meatball. #Dallas #DallasLife #Plog #DallasFood #DallasDining
