Dallas Dining | Carbone 🇮🇹 | The Hyped-Up Italian Dining Experience
I came here with high expectations, and while I wouldn't say it's the absolute pinnacle of Italian cuisine, the atmosphere, flavors, and service are all impeccable. I've heard that their New York location is nearly impossible to get a reservation at, so Dallas residents are in for a treat. You can actually get a table here! 😊 The portions here are quite generous. The complimentary appetizers alone could fill me up. They include garlic bread, marinated broccoli, and salami. Sometimes, a waiter will even come around with a platter of dried cheese, asking if you'd like to try a piece. Carpaccio Piemontese: A must-order!!! The plate is huge 😅, taking up half the table. The raw beef has no gamey flavor at all. Drizzled with olive oil, arugula, and pistachios, and eaten with the complimentary bread, it’s just outstanding.👌🏻 ⭐️Caprese: I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best-tasting tomato I've ever had. The moment the tomato hits your tongue, you know it's farm-to-table. The flavor is perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy. The waiter even slices fresh mozzarella right at the table and adds it to the dish. The portion is also quite large. Spicy Rigatoni Vodka: A classic and, as I've heard, a must-order at every table. It's delicious and lives up to my expectations. 🍄🟫Orecchiette Vito: This pasta features broccoli rabe sauce with bits of sausage. It's pretty good but on the saltier side. Meatball: Highly recommended by the waiter. Each meatball is as big as a small fist. The meat is quite firm. #DallasFood #DallasLife #AtmosphereRestaurant #RestaurantReview #AroundDallas
