Dallas Dining | Unique Japanese Restaurant with Live Sashimi Carving
⭐️I made a reservation last Sunday. The front desk attendant mentioned that to sit closer to the live carving performance, it’s best to book 1–2 months in advance. Fortunately, the chef will still make rounds to each table after the carving. Restaurant Name: Nikko Located in the affluent area of Lake Highlands. Don’t shy away from the distance because it’s right next to the mall district of Lake Highlands. The trip is definitely worth it.🌟 There’s also a nearby dessert shop that’s said to have the best sweets in Dallas. I recommend stopping by before your meal! (We unfortunately missed it after our meal as it was already closed.) Order: Mixed tempura Flamed salmon Ube cake 🍰 Smoked hamachi carpaccio Dragon roll Live-carved toro Average Cost: $70–$100 The food was delicious. Watching the fish being carved live was quite an impressive experience. The freshly sliced sashimi was served directly to the guests, making for a memorable dining experience. 🥣🍽️ #DallasFood #DallasWeekend #DallasJapaneseFood #DallasEats #GlobalEatingAdventures
