Dallas Dining Diary | Sura Korean Bistro

🏆Bibimbap : The dish has that perfect “wok hei” , which is my absolute favorite. It’s delicious even without the sauce, and I love the crispy rice at the bottom . 🌟Potato and Spine Soup: The meat is tender and easy to chew, and the potatoes are soft and flavorful. It has a slight spiciness, so those who don’t eat spicy food might want to take note. Beef Comb: This dish has a generous portion, suitable for those with big appetites. The beef is flavorful, and it comes with fried rice and vegetable salad. 🍚There are many side dishes, all of which taste great. The service is also good, with staff frequently checking if you need refills. Each table gets a fixed set of 13 side dishes, including eggplant, fish cakes, spicy potatoes, broccoli, and omelettes. In my opinion, authentic Korean meals must have eggplant and fish cakes. Just having kimchi, radish, or cucumber is too ordinary. There are also two types of rice to choose from: white rice or brown/purple rice. I personally prefer the colorful rice. Personal Note: I would avoid the Lunch Boxes! (I feel that they don’t have the same comforting warmth as the hot bibimbap, but this is just my personal taste.) 💰 Cost: For four people, the average cost per person is $30. 📍 Address: 2240 Royal Ln #106, Dallas, TX 75229 #KoreanFood #StudentEats #WeekendDining #MustVisitRestaurant #DallasFood #DallasLife #MyFoodDiary #Bibimbap #LoveAtFirstBite
