Dallas Dining Review | Authentic French Soufflé🦋
I visited Rise Soufflé for the second time. I had been to the one in Fort Worth before. I have to say that the atmosphere here is really lovely and charming! This place specializes in various French soufflés, both sweet and savory. Personally, I think the sweet ones are more delicious. Food: 1️⃣ Marshmellow Soup: The most refreshing dish on the menu. It has a rich flavor and is great for cleansing the palate. 2️⃣ Tara’s Escargot Soufflé: Way too salty! I have a strong preference for salty food, but this was just too much. The snails were large, but the overwhelming saltiness made it hard to enjoy. 3️⃣ Parisian Jumbo Sandwich: A pretty ordinary sandwich with lots of meat. There’s nothing special about the sauce. It’s just “okay.” The accompanying salad was quite tasty, though. 4️⃣ Seared Ahi Tuna Steak: This was really good. The tuna was fresh, and the sauce was well-matched. The only downside was the small portion size. 5️⃣ Large Rise Salad: The smoked salmon in this salad is super flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend it! 6️⃣ Chocolate Souffle: The sweet soufflé was much better. It wasn’t overly sweet, and the chocolate flavor was rich and satisfying. 7️⃣ Praline Pecan: This one was a bit sweeter than the chocolate soufflé, but still very good. Overall, none of the dishes were bad, but I didn’t feel particularly satisfied after eating. It felt a bit greasy and I still felt hungry. I don’t think there’s a strong reason to come back here again. 🎢Restaurant Name: Rise Soufflé Address: 2444 Preston Rd Ste 100, Plano, TX, 75093 #Dallas Dining #Dallas Food #Dallas Soufflé #Dallas Life
