Dallas Dior Cafe ✨ Perfect Experience
The Café Dior in Dallas has finally opened! Michelin three-star chef Dominique Crenn has created a very thoughtful menu inspired by Dior’s iconic designs, so each dish is named after a Dior design ✨. I just have to share my perfect experience! We sat at a round table by the window, which had a great atmosphere. The wall decorations were design sketches of Dior dresses. It was impossible not to take some stylish photos. Overall, we were very satisfied with everything we ordered—no disappointments, and definitely Michelin-quality. The average cost per person was $140, which included one appetizer, two main courses, two desserts, two cups of coffee, and two cocktails. It was quite a good value. Here’s a summary: 💚 May Hamachi: A very refreshing appetizer. The fresh yellowtail is paired with a sauce, citrus, and small green peppers, making the dish very crisp and refreshing. The appetizer also comes with bread and butter. The green butter is flavored with cilantro, but you can’t taste the cilantro at all! 💛 Tuna Violette: The tuna is Bigeye tuna, and we chose medium-rare. The meat is very tender. The sweet potato crisp on top is beautifully designed with a streamline shape and little flowers—perfect in both taste and appearance. 💛 Marbella Prawns: The prawns are Blue crystal prawns, perfectly matched with XO sauce. The prawns are very fresh and have a firm texture. #DallasFood #Dallas #DallasLife #DallasExplore
