Dallas Exploration | A Hidden Gem Bakery 🥐

Happy Easter to everyone! 🪺 Today, I couldn't resist exploring this place. First of all, I have to say that the appearance of this place is really inconspicuous. I drove into this desolate Plaza and for a moment, I doubted if I was in the wrong place. But... when I arrived and saw the constant stream of people coming here on Sunday morning at 9:30, I knew I was in the right place. Upon entering, it's a different world, a combination of a restaurant + bakery, casual and cozy. Bakery 🥧: I ordered their recommended Pistachio Raspberry Brest 🍰, and the croissant 🥐 I really wanted to try. I personally think their croissant is not very outstanding 🤔, and even the Ham and Cheese felt like it had too little filling (but its crust is crispy). That Pistachio Raspberry is really, really delicious, with a very rich raspberry flavor, paired with plenty of cream that perfectly balances the tartness of the raspberry. It's very tasty. Coffee: I ordered their Almond Latte, and the almond flavor is super strong! It's exactly the taste I like 👅. Note ⚠️: This shop is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and open until 3 PM on other days.
