☕️Finally got to check this place off my list! It's located in Highland Park, and after dining, you can conveniently do some shopping around the area. When making reservations, if you're a party larger than two, it's best to call. There are more available slots online for two people, but you'll be seated very close to other guests. So, it's better to invite a few more friends to join. We opted for the 💰$75/person menu (it's $100/person if you want champagne). The overall taste was above average. A few of the small cakes were a bit watery. 💖You can choose the design for your coffee. The chef recommended the salmon to be cooked medium-rare, but it actually came out closer to medium. However, it was still crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a rich, oily aroma. It was topped with bright, colorful flowers, which is very much the chef's signature style. The accompanying French white butter sauce with celery oil can be drizzled over the fish according to your preference. 🎀There were quite a few good angles for taking photos!
