💕Chutoro & Salmon Sashimi: I really think this is the most disappointing dish. The chutoro is way too lean. See the comparison in picture five, which I had in Japan a few months ago. The level of marbling is really... Well, let's not compare it to Japan, but charging $50 for six thin slices of this quality of chutoro is a bit excessive, don't you think? I think the taste is okay, at least it has some creativity. 🔥Foie gras sushi: The foie gras itself tastes good, but the seasoning is a bit too salty. Ordinary Wagyu on the rock: To be fair, this is much better than Tei Tei Robata's. The Wagyu is tender after grilling, but there's way too much salt. I ended up removing the seasoning before grilling, but it was still incredibly salty. 🍱I also ordered a few sushi rolls but forgot to take pictures. Generally, the portions were quite stingy, with the fish laid on very thinly and in small pieces. By the way, many of their dishes are seasoned with yuzu sauce, so they either end up being extremely salty or having a strong yuzu flavor. 🎭Summary: If you're someone who pursues high-quality ingredients or prefers traditional Japanese cuisine, you might want to skip this place. The value for money is not great. However, if you're interested in trying innovative Japanese dishes or a unique omakase experience, you can give it a try. Whether you enjoy it or not will depend on your personal taste. Average cost per person: $90-$100 Address: 7801 Windrose Ave. Suite H 150, Plano, TX 75024 #FoodieCheckIn #GlobalEats #JapaneseCuisine #Dallas #DallasJapaneseFood
