❤️After my teammate tried it and recommended it to me, I decided to give this place a chance. I can say I had a safe and satisfying experience! This is especially notable considering my previous disappointment with another noodle place in the same series. 🌟Spicy and Sour Beef Noodle Soup: The flavor is really good, with a nice balance of sour and spicy. It can compete with the Spicy and Sour Noodles from the Chongqing Noodle place next door. The difference is that this one uses rice noodles, while I think the other place uses a different type of noodles. Highly recommended. 🥰Dry Beef Noodles: Even though I asked for mild spice, it was a bit too spicy for me. I probably won't order it again. But if you can handle the spice, go for it. Beef Burrito: This was quite a pleasant surprise. The burrito has a thin wrap and is packed with filling. Highly recommended. 🤩Scallion and Tofu Salad: I really liked this dish. It was the first time I saw beef in a Scallion and Tofu Salad, but the taste is really good. Highly recommended. The restaurant is located in the 99 Ranch Market in Plano.
