1️⃣ Rice Noodle Rolls ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely delicious! The skin is thin and the filling is abundant! The beef version is super fragrant! The soy sauce drizzled on top is perfect, with just the right amount of saltiness! 2️⃣ Beef and Tofu Skin Rolls ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My absolute favorite!! The outer layer of fried tofu skin is soft and chewy, and the filling is incredibly generous! The seasoning is top-notch! A must-order! 3️⃣ Shrimp Dumplings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The noodles seemed to be made with a stand mixer, which gave them a bit too much chewiness. By the end of the meal, they were a bit tough to tear apart. I’ve had better elsewhere. The filling with fresh pineapple chunks had a more intense flavor, but of course, that also came with a higher price tag. The shrimp is so generous!rimp isn’t cheap! Usually, in dim sum places, the dumplings have more pork than shrimp, and the pork flavor can be overwhelming. the shrimp is abundant, so there’s no overpowering pork taste. 👍🏻 ✨Their Sesame Balls , Chicken Feet , and Spare Ribs are also amazing! They were so delicious that I didn’t even have time to take photos before they were gone! In short, none of the dishes disappointed!
