Dallas Food | Nikugen: Japanese BBQ and Ramen 🔥

When I was in Los Angeles, I loved a Japanese steakhouse called Kobe Gyukatsu. I never expected to find a similar place in Dallas! In my opinion, the best dishes here are the Rock-Baked Fried Steak and Spicy Cream Udon. I always order them whenever I visit! The prices are a bit on the higher side, but I think it’s totally worth it. Nikugen Steak Sushi & Ramen 📍 4710 Preston Rd #300, Frisco, TX 75034 ⚠️ Closed on Sundays Monday-Thursday: 11:00–14:30; 17:00–20:30 Friday-Saturday: 11:00–14:30; 17:00–21:30 There’s a Happy Hour from 5:00–7:00 PM on Monday-Thursday, with half-off drinks and appetizers! 🔥 Recommendations ❤️❤️❤️ Spicy Cream Udon (Nikugen Akai Udon) $16 The rich cream cheese sauce is perfectly balanced with a hint of spiciness, making it anything but greasy. It’s topped with shrimp, bacon, and mushrooms, which add a lot of flavor. You’ll definitely finish the whole bowl! The only downside is the high calorie count, but who cares? 😝 Rock-Baked Fried Steak (Gyu-Katsu) 10oz $35 🔥Lunch Special: 5oz $23 This dish is very filling and perfect for 2-3 people. The steak is breaded with panko crumbs and lightly pan-fried until just cooked through. It’s incredibly juicy, and the crispy breading and dipping sauce make it irresistible. Yellowtail Sashimi $17 🔥This is truly amazing! Even as someone who usually can’t stand the smell of raw fish, I couldn’t stop eating this. The slices are very fresh, tender, and juicy, and they go perfectly with soy sauce and wasabi. #Foodie #FoodDiary #DallasLife #DallasFood #Frisco #FriscoExplore
