Dallas Food | Noodles and Fried Skewers from All Over😍

🌟Has anyone been to Yī Wǎn Miàn yet? It’s been open for a little while now. I’ve been wanting to try it for ages, especially after seeing that they have fried skewers, which were one of my favorite snacks as a kid! These are super rare to find in Dallas! 👌🏻The skewers are from the same folks who run the First Roast, so I’m pretty sure they’re going to be good. The menu has all sorts of noodles. I wonder if the chef really knows how to make dishes from all over China, or if they’re using pre-made meal kits. ⭐️The fried skewers were really tasty. The starch sausage was super fragrant! The chicken cutlet and fried mushrooms were also great. A friend said their stir-fried mung bean pudding was good, so I ordered some to try. It tasted a bit like fried jelly, but I swear I could taste a hint of fried blood sausage. It would have been perfect if I could have asked for no sauce and dipped it in garlic sauce myself. 🍗The minced meat was lean, and the sauce was a bit sweet, kind of like Korean fried sauce noodles. What I found a bit odd was that the noodles were cold. It felt like I was eating cold noodles. #DallasFood #Dallas
