Dallas Food | This Stir-Fried Noodles Are Out of This World 💯

I’ve been living in Dallas for four or five years now, having moved from New York, and I’ve been quietly searching for good stir-fried noodles all this time. I finally found them, and I’m so excited! This amazing dish of Dingding noodles has truly won me over. I have to give this restaurant its due! If you love Uyghur cuisine from New York, you can definitely trust this place. I actually visited this restaurant when it first opened two years ago. It was so popular at the time that we ordered takeout, which wasn’t particularly impressive, so I never came back. Recently, I stumbled upon their menu again and noticed the stir-fried noodles (which seem to be a newer addition). I couldn’t resist paying them another visit, and I’m glad I did! 💯 Stir-Fried Noodles If you’re a fan of tomato-flavored dishes, you’ve got to try this. It’s so aromatic that you’ll find yourself eating bite after bite, unable to stop. The noodles are perfectly chewy, and the minced meat is rich with oil. You’ll finish the whole plate in no time. 🍝 Dry-Fried Noodles Similar to Xinjiang-style fried noodles, these are hearty and full of wok hei (that smoky, charred flavor from stir-frying). I’ve also tried the oily minced meat noodles when the restaurant first opened, and they were delicious too. The oily minced meat noodles are a bit more moist and flavorful, depending on your preference. 🫓 Naan with Stir-Fried Meat This dish also received high praise from my group. It’s rich with cumin flavor. The naan is crispy, and you can choose between beef or lamb for the stir-fry. 💯 Baked Buns (Mutton) These are incredibly delicious and a must-order! The outer skin is crispy, and the mutton filling is fragrant and juicy.
