📍 Uchiko Location: Plano, Legacy West (⚠️ Not next to the LV on the map. Walk towards Tory Burch from LV, and you’ll find it at the intersection. Took me a while to locate it.) ✨ Summary: The sushi is average, but the mushroom rice is so amazing that I have to come back for more! 🍄 Must-Order Dishes: Truffle Mushroom Claypot Rice + Wagyu Upgrade ✅ Crispy rice at the bottom! The rice is infused with the rich aroma of mushrooms. ✅ The wagyu beef is so tender it melts in your mouth. ✅ The truffle oil aroma is heavenly. 🍄 Regular Sushi Review: Portion size is smaller than typical Japanese restaurants. Tuna and salmon are standard. Some special ingredients are out of stock recently (missed out on foie gras and uni). 🍮 Dessert Highlight: Fried Fresh Milk Ice Cream: A perfect blend of hot and cold. Outer layer of caramelized shell + creamy milk center. 💥 Always a clean plate for me! 💡 Real Experience: Compared to other Uchi series, it feels a bit more ordinary.
