Dallas Italian Cuisine🇮🇹 La Stella
🥝Here's a review of an Italian restaurant I visited a while back. The ambiance was great, and there was an elderly gentleman playing the piano. The only downside was finding parking since it's located downtown. 🌸Seafood Risotto: Highly recommended! The scallops are fresh, and the risotto below is well-seasoned, perfectly coated in the seafood sauce. Lamb Chops: Disappointing. I ordered the lamb chops medium, but they were overcooked and tough to cut. However, the potatoes on the side were quite tasty. Grilled Octopus: It's a standard dish. When in doubt about what appetizer to order, I usually go for the octopus legs. 💓Prosciutto and Mozzarella: The prosciutto is delicious. The saltiness of the cured ham pairs well with the sweetness of the melon and the creaminess of the mozzarella, creating a rich flavor profile. Cannoli: Yummy! The crisp shell is filled with pistachio-flavored cream. The pistachio flavor is strong, and it's not overly sweet. I highly recommend it. Tiramisu: This was the wettest tiramisu I've ever had. I'm not sure if it's the restaurant's signature style or if too much coffee liqueur was added. The bottom layer of cake seemed to be soaked in coffee. 📍La Stella Cucina Verace 2330 Flora St, Dallas, TX 75201 #Dallas #Plog #DallasCuisine #DallasLife
