Dallas Korean Cuisine | Jang Choong Dong
šLast week, I went to a hair salon owned by a Korean auntie for a haircut. I specifically asked her to recommend the best Korean restaurant, and she suggested this one. Maybe because I told her I love pigās feet, she said the pigās feet here are amazingābetter than the Texan-style ones. Iāve been craving it for so long, and finally got to try it today. p1: The blood sausage and spicy pork spine soup are must-orders. Theyāre so delicious! š§”p2: I ordered the spicy pigās feet, which are really spicy. If you canāt handle spicy food, be cautious. My friend soaked the pigās feet in ice water before eating them. Although I also found it spicy, I didnāt soak them, sticking to my last bit of stubbornness (though I was also guzzling ice water). But the pigās feet are really tasty. āØThey also have the Texan-style sliced, non-spicy marinated pigās feet, which Iāll try next time. I also ordered a bottle of Korean soju, which pairs perfectly with pork belly. Eating meat and drinking soju together is just perfect! Gather your friends and come here for a feast of Korean meat dishes! š 2625 Old Denton Rd Suite 342, Carrollton, TX 75007 #KoreanCuisine #Foodie #RestaurantReview #EatingOut #Dallas #DallasGourmet #Carrollton #DallasKoreanFood
