Dallas Omakase Experience

๐ŸŒŸใ€A New Sushi Place, Pretty Good!ใ€‘๐ŸŒŸ ๐Ÿฃ I recently visited a newly opened sushi restaurant, and the overall experience was quite pleasant. The place has just been renovated, with a minimalist yet subtly Japanese-inspired decor. The ambiance is very comfortable and perfect for a quiet meal. ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ The waitstaff were all very friendly. They patiently introduced each dish. Although they seemed a bit nervous, their sincerity made everyone feel at ease. ๐Ÿด We ordered the 15-course Omakase set, which cost around $160 per person. I think it was worth the price. My favorite was the gold-leaf Wagyu sushi. The meat was tender, with a rich marbling that made it incredibly satisfying to eat. The other dishes were also good. The sashimi was fresh, and the sushi was creatively put together. My partner is usually very picky about these kinds of food and is sensitive to fishy smells, but he enjoyed everything and didn't have any complaints. ๐Ÿฅข The lighting in the restaurant is dim, creating a quiet atmosphere that's ideal for a leisurely meal and conversation. However, if you prefer a livelier environment, you might find it a bit too quiet. ๐Ÿ“ Address: Yujo Umi ๐Ÿ“ธ Overall, this place is great for a date or a small gathering with friends. We visited on a Saturday night and didn't have to wait at all. The Japanese cuisine and the atmosphere are both top-notch and worth trying. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance. #Omakase #SushiExploration #WagyuSushi #FoodieCheckIn #NewRestaurantRecommendation #QuietDining #JapaneseCuisineExperience #Cuisine #DallasFoodie
