✨I revisited this Uzbek restaurant, which is full of unique flavors and hospitality. The service was impeccable—everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. When we couldn't understand the menu and asked for recommendations, the waiter introduced the entire menu in one go. 🎉1⃣️ Shurpa: This lamb and vegetable soup is very refreshing, with a tangy and sweet flavor, somewhat similar to borscht🍅. 🎉2⃣️ Plov: At first glance, it looks like Xinjiang-style lamb hand-pulled rice, but it's actually beef on top. The flavors are incredibly rich. The beef is tender and well-seasoned, paired with long-grain rice that is perfectly cooked and mixed with soft carrots, making it impossible to stop eating. ⭐️3⃣️ Beef Tongue: This is a cold beef tongue dish. The cold tongue is incredibly tender! The combination of cold tongue and jam creates a unique and delightful flavor. 🍊4⃣️ Adjarian Khachapuri: A must-try! Both the presentation and the taste are amazing. It's a perfect combination of bread, cheese, and eggs, with a rich dairy flavor.
