Dallas restaurant exploration📍 Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar

✨I went to the cowboy town in Fort Worth and had this Japanese meal in the downtown area. It's also very famous on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and I was not disappointed after dining here. The restaurant is not large, with a bar where a few chefs are seated. There are limited seats, so you might have to wait if you arrive late, but the turnover rate is acceptable. The menu only consists of a piece of paper (for handroll) and a small blackboard. Remember to take a photo of the blackboard before you sit down for easy reference. Since it was my first visit, I ordered everything that looked interesting. In the picture, there are: 🥓Wagyu, sea urchin, and caviar: The most expensive piece of sushi in the store, but it's definitely worth it. With one bite, it feels like you're ascending to heaven. 💖Unmarshaller salmon (salmon belly): Undoubtedly the best. The chef uses a blowtorch to grill the fresh salmon, which melts in your mouth and is extremely rich in flavor. At three dollars and fifty cents each, it's highly cost-effective. Regulars would order a whole plate. You can see the chefs constantly grilling salmon in the restaurant. 🍰By the way, the salmon sashimi ordered separately is also very fresh and sweet. Even as someone who doesn't usually like raw food, I think it's great. It's sweet and crisp, so fresh that you almost don't realize you're eating salmon. #Global Food and Drink Squad #Dallas Cuisine #High - End Japanese Cuisine #Japanese Cuisine Exploration #omakase
