Dallas Turkish Restaurant: Another Time & Place
šØThis Turkish restaurant has been around for quite a whileāprobably more than ten years. The menu claims it started in 2002, but Iām not sure if thatās true. šWe visited on a weekday at 5:30 pm, so there was only one other table besides ours. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The outdoor section is quite charming, especially in the summer evenings when they hang up lights. The indoor decor is very Turkish - inspired, especially their signature chandeliers. š§”We didnāt spend much time browsing the menu and just ordered a duo set for two, which was priced at $75. The menu stated that an 18% gratuity is automatically added regardless of the group size, so after our meal, we ended up paying a total of $100. The value for money felt a bit average, and I donāt think weāll be coming back. āļøThe dishes themselves were decent, and the presentation was interesting. There was a small platter with a variety of items: grilled chicken wings, a lamb meatball skewer, a beef meatball skewer, a chicken breast skewer, salad, sides, and a portion of rice. The two of us managed to finish everything, but we were quite full afterward. #DallasExplore #ExperiencingExoticCuisine #RestaurantShare
