Dallas Weekend Fun: More Pho Adventures

After someone recommended this Vietnamese 🇻🇳 pho restaurant in Garland in the comments last time, I had to come and give it a try. 153 N Plano Rd, Richardson, TX 75081 😂I've noticed that restaurants in TX have really spacious interiors, unlike in New York where tables are crammed together. We arrived around 6 p.m., and the restaurant was still pretty empty. But by 7 p.m., it was almost full. Pho - combo M: The broth was on the salty side, with not much sweetness. It was decent, but nothing too amazing. Fresh Spring Roll: The waiter forgot about these and brought them out at the end. They were pretty good, with fresh shrimp 🦐. 🌟Marinated Deep Fried Cornish Hen: This was really delicious and worth recommending. The marinade had soaked into the meat, which was very tender. It reminded me of the little roast chicken from Xishuangbanna, although there's still a big difference. Com Bi Ga Nuong: Shredded pork skin and grilled chicken. This was also quite a pleasant surprise. The pork skin was really tasty 😋. Overall, the food was pretty good. There are many Vietnamese restaurants around Garland, so I plan to try them all. #Dallas #DallasFood #DallasWeekend #Foodie
