πΏπ Day 2 in Nagoya: Takayama Shirakawa One-Day Tour π
The journey takes about two hours (with a stop at a service area for a bathroom break) before arriving in Takayama. πΈπΊ The Miya-kawa Morning Market ends at eleven in the morning, and our bus arrives around the same time, so we head there straight away. π£οΈ πΈπΊ At the morning market, you'll find some locals selling fruits, vegetables, and various snacks. After exploring the market, you can visit the two pedestrian streets, πΈπΊ which are similar to Kyoto's Sannen-zaka and Ninen-zaka. They are called Ni- and San (I apologize if the names are not exact). π£ πΈπΊ There, you can try Hida beef sushi (Hida beef barbecue tends to have long lines, so we opted for something simpler), Hida beef buns, grilled rice cakes, and other local delicacies. π’ πΈπΊ #NagoyaAdventure #TakayamaMorningMarket πΈπΊ
